Our sundrenched 20-metre pool is open from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm daily for guests who like to begin or end the day with a swim. Additional wellness facilities include a traditional sauna, steam room and fully equipped fitness studio. 

Room occupancy is limited to the number of guests confirmed for each booking, with gathering and party policies in place to ensure comfort for all guests.

Hannah St Hotel welcomes guests under 18 accompanied by an adult. Rooms accommodate a maximum of two guests. Interconnecting rooms, baby cots and rollaway beds are available on request.

Hannah St Hotel offers a completely smoke-free environment across all rooms, balconies, and public spaces, including vaping and e-cigarettes. This policy supports a fresh and welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel.

For standard bookings, cancellations require notice by 2.00 pm, 24 hours before arrival. Prepaid bookings have specific terms detailed in booking confirmations. Please contact our Reservations team for full policy details.

While Hannah St Hotel appreciates four-legged friends, the hotel maintains a no-pet policy to ensure comfort for all guests. Assistance animals are welcome with prior arrangement.
